DotNotStandard believe that your data should remain yours. For this reason, our solutions are designed to minimise the amount of data that needs to be provided or exposed to us. We both respect and welcome GDPR and other data protection regulations, as we recognise the value of privacy and respect individuals' rights to data protection.
DesiGen does not gather or share any personally-identifiable information about you or your solutions. Your designs remain private to you and your organisation, as they are stored in your own database. This is a fundamental part of our design, and why DesiGen is a desktop application rather than an online tool. No parts of any designs are ever sent to DotNotStandard or any third party.
In order to offer auditing within your environment, we look up the username of the account with which you are logged onto your machine. However, this remains private to you, and does not leave the DesiGen application other than by being stored in the auditing fields of the database that you have set up.
If you share bug reports or log entries with us, we ask that you remove any personally-identifiable information from the content you provide to us, other than the name by which you would like us to refer to you and an email address if you would like us to respond.
